In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections and disease. All our rings are ordered specifically to the size you specify at the time of ordering as we do not hold them in stock. Please ensure you order the correct size as any mistakes cannot be rectified once the order has been processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
